"Beds were good the only thing was when I first walked in there was a funny smell in the room like something wasn't cleaned so I had to keep the windows open all the time. Also the door was hard to get into at times when I swiped my key i push the door open it wouldn't open alot.So I tried pushing it a couple times until it opened you should get that checked out for other guests cause another guests complain about his door to me to. Other than that everything else was good."

"The rooms were too small. No queen beds only doubles. We had four adults. We weren't allowed a cot because it was a fire hazard so why have them. Then we had an emergency and had to check out early and they wouldn't refund the money for the one night. When we're in New York again we will never stay there again. The only positive was the staff."

"Excellent motel"

"cigarette burns, windows don’t open, water is cold, wallpaper falling off. no sheets. lamp shades destroyed"

"Nice clean and spacious rooms! Loved the stay."

"I couldn't watch the TV at all it seems like you had to pay pay to watch the TV I'm not sure so I was very disappointed in that"

"Old outdated room and furniture bathroom had stains on walls and in tub.Funny smell would not recommend to stay here I know its only a motel but still try to keep it clean for other guests. Bed also had a couple stains on it to"

"The house looks old. It has only bare minimum amenities. Clean enough for one night stay"

"Bed was clean but rug was not, and bathtub was a bit sticky. The staff was very helpful and hospitable"

"Mark and Ari are wonderful host who greet you and then leave you alone. But they have answered all my questions, even take me to the ferry! And it’s spotless with great showers . It’s a half a block from the train station NEW YORKERS and half a block from Main Street so it’s easy to get to and easy to walk down Main Street for coffee desserts whatever you like it’s a lovely place. I highly recommend it,"

"The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I wish there were an extra blanket. The room is very basic. The door locked but the extra latch was broken. There was a small refrigerator and microwave. The property was listed as including breakfast. There was sign in the window of the office that said it as well. There was no breakfast. No coffee. The Veniding machine was broken. There is no restaurant on the prperty. No other amenities but free parking. "

"This is a gem... Can only recommend it , if you are looking for the best stay in the Pines. Love Andrey and the team."
