"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "This was a nice hotel for the price. No frills, but was nice. I liked the rustic feel of the place. The only issues I had with the place was that the wifi in my room was weak and there was no hot water, but the wifi was very strong in the lobby and common area and as hot as Cartegena is, you don't really need hot water. Also, the breakfast was simple, but nice. I would definitely stay here again the next time that I'm in Cartagena."
