"Very poor customer service from the Property manager and front desk in general- no smiles and feeling of not wanting to be there portrayed! It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in.
