"4 stars. Convenient location, really nice rooftop view and bar area. Cons: Not huge issues but fyi - pretty full of young travel groups - so common areas were loud/busy during the day, great for groups. No soap in bathroom shower area, $6 towel rental (normal but just fyi). Sink, shower/bathroom is in bedroom area for some noise at night. Stayed here 1 day, stayed in another for 5 - I preferred another hostel in Madrid "

"It was very helpful that the employees at the front desk spoke English, and we appreciated that the rooms were clean and the bathroom was large. The hallways are rathet narrow, but that's not a problem. We also liked that the subway was about a 15-minute walk, not a problem at all, but there is a pretty steep walk up the hill from the hotel, for about three blocks, to get to this the commercial street. "Had a single bed room with shared toilet and shower/bath. Never had to wait a moment to use bathroom. Room also had a sink which was very useful. Room had a balcony too be able to enjoy the energy of the street."

"THIS IS MY FIRST TIME AT A HOSTEL. I had a lovely 10 nights. The room is decent and for the price you can’t beat it. Make sure to ask in advance for a room with a balcony, they are for the most part first come first serve. Thank you to the host for letting me relax in the lobby area while I waited for my room. Overall it’s clean, no thin walls, and in a great area that’s close to downtown. The only downside is the noise outside. If you can sleep with a busy night life outside then you’ll be just...
