The location is perfect — it’s just a short walk to the Abu Simbel temples. The infinity pool overlooks the lake, and watching the sunset from there was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Abu Simbel! "

"Séjour très agréable à Abu simbel. 20/ 30 min a pied du temple (malheureusement c est l Egypte et vous êtes harcelés tout au long par les tuktuk, ils sont pas méchant mais c'est usant). Dîner correct et petit déjeuner très bon. Personnel serviable. Turtuk 100pounds pour aller au temple."

In fact, we were the only guests that night so they offered us a room from an adjoining property that had air conditioning since most rooms only have fans. "Yousseff was the property manager and was very helpful in organizing tours and arrangements to Abu Simbel and Philae, and kalabsha and Elephantine. Got to see it all in just two intense packed days, but wouldn’t have it any other way."

The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location was both peaceful (it’s right on the river!), as well as interesting (it’s right beside a Nubian craft market). Our only challenge was that the AC had a hard time cooling our room, but it was also 117 degrees so I think any AC would have struggled :)"
