It is a hostel. With that in mind, the staff is exellent and cater to your needs with the resources available. The location is phenomenal. They have a convenient breakfast buffet, but if you like the local food, you will do better in quality and price looking around the property.

The hostel is in the central Madrid and it is very easy to get there. Staffs are super helpful and the room is clean. It would be great if they also have a self kitchen there.

Great location. Close to food, shopping and public transportation. The staff are friendly and understanding. I strongly suggest to have your breakfast in the hotel. Another good thing about this hotel is that they have a restaurant on the main floor, and a rooftop bar / dining area. Though I would suggest that they keep the guest washroom open, even 30min after the restaurant closes; and cleaner šŸ˜‰
