"The hotel is in a great location, right in midtown. The rooms are tiny but clean and the beds are comfortable. Other then that, it doesn't have nuch going for it. Once you arrive, if you can find it with the limited signage and the front desk hidden behind a giant aquarium, you'll head to your room in the tiniest of elevators. There are no amenities, there might be an outside pool per the internet but no clue where that it is. There is a rooftop hangout but kids aren't allowed so I never saw it. The first night I was exhausted from the trip but couldn't sleep because of all the banging doors and someone walking their crying baby in the hall at midnight. Tge construction noise that happens even on the weekend will kill any opportunity to sleep in. The hallway always smelled of weed anytime we left the room. If you book through Expedia don't expect a room with a view and be prepared to be next to the elevator. I wish I read more reviews before booking this hotel. "

"Hotel is in a great location, nearby to tourist hotspots and great subway links. Although I read that the room would be outdated regarding the interior from other reviews, I did not see this as a problem at all as this is where we would be sleeping and would be preoccupied throughout the day. However, after the first night, my partner and I had a massive reaction on our body and face. Having thought it could be the linen or the condition of the room I requested the reception to send someone up to the room and change the linen whilst they cleaned our room because we were certain it was due to this. As we came back from walking around the city, and taking the reassurance of the front house we came to our room not cleaned and the linen not changed which left me absolutely disappointed. After a long day of walking around, having stepped into the shower to realise our water stopped flowing. "

"Spacious, comfortable room with wraparound views of Broadway! Super soundproofing - almost no street noise. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, especially Sean and Maria at the front desk! Breakfast vouchers for the bakery/cafe next door were plentiful, though the lines were long. Ideal location for exploring the Upper West Side, with a subway stop just two blocks away. A hidden gem!!"
