"Location was perfect for our trip good sized room with all you could possibly need."

"People were friendly and hotel was nice and clean. The only thing is rooms don't have microwave nor a fridge and we couldn't bring any cold items to the room, nor did they have an ice machine no where. Room was clean and beds were comfortable but pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The only thing that wasn't good, the bathroom ceiling had a big yellow stain, like water damage. I called about the bathroom door handle came right off as I opened the door and a the door handle had a screw that wasn't screwed all the way in. I did called and complained and no one came to fix it when office said they was going to send someone to fix. Bathroom sink faucet was loose n moves side to side. The next day when we were going to sleep, my son spotted dry blood on his sheets and they were ripped on the side. I called front desk and they did send someone with clean sheets. The breakfast downstairs was not worth $95 even though they gave us $35 credit. We only ate there 1 time. I wish they can add a microwave and a small fridge with it being an expensive room. Other than that we did have a nice time."

"The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. My first morning I asked for directions to the nearest subway. I was given excellent directions. The day I was leaving, I left my bags with the Bellman and he was polite and made me feel comfortable leaving them with him. I ate breakfast each AM. It was a MADHOUSE of people and kids. It was a little overwhelming. The room, was SMALL. I mean tiny. For the price I would have liked a bigger room, but they do list the sq. footage in the description, so it was my bad for not realizing it was going to be a SMALL room. It is in a fantastic location, so the SMALL room wasn't my main focus."

"The hotel had canceled our reservation stating our credit card was declined . I never gave them my card Expedia card were up to date credit card declined transaction because of out of state I was in flight and was not notified. Although I selected pay at property so really really frustrated with procedure When we arrived half hour distance I messaged Expedia to confirm the booking the Expedia said there is no issue also shows disconnect from hotle They accomudating by charging us 500 more then the orignal reservation"

2/10 Terrible

"Upon arrival, told we’d been “upgraded” to the West House next door. Sounded exciting with promises of included breakfast and happy hour. We ended up in a room with no bathroom counter and no air conditioning. Should’ve been a sign when there was a stand alone fan in our room. The room didn’t go below 75 once. The front desk staff was wonderful, their only saving grace."
