"Super helpfully located for T4 Heathrow. Completely took the stress out of travelling to the airport. Would have been helpful if breakfast started earlier and if more food was available 24hrs (what with it being attached to the airport). However we were able to order in deliveroo quite easily."

"I use this hotel anytime I’m flying out from Heathrow. Friendly staff, clean rooms and decent breakfast"

"The shuttle to and from the airport is 7 pounds PER PERSON and it is run by a 3rd party bus line - not convenient and not as advertised. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so this was very dissapointing!"

"We love this hotel. The location for us is great for what we are looking for with easy access to tube if we want to get into central London. The hotel itself is smart, and clean with a great atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and whilst we have only had breakfast - it was very good."

"It was a really lovely hotel and the room was nice. The bed was so comfortable I felt like I'd slept for days. I was only in town for 1 day so being so close to the airport was one less thing to worry about, plus there's a shuttle that passes by often so getting to my terminal was really easy."

"Nothing great about the property. It states secure parking, not secure and no spaces , we were eventually told to park in an electric recharging bay . Room smelt of stale food ."

"Loved it, brilliant customer service"

"Missed water in the room It’s getting a bit dated as well but still very clean and comfy - update phone and lap top charging options"

"The entire staff members at St Paul’s Hotel are so welcoming, polite and very professional!"

"Nice hotel - just a pain to get to from the airport."

"All of it"
