"I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me."

"place was very clean.Staff was amazing and very helpful."

"The staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Good location near West Edmonton Mall. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot needs cleaning/repairs. Floors throughout felt dirty. Window were dirty. Hallways were very hot. This is very basic accommodation, and priced accordingly."

"The room was great, smelled clean. I really disliked the paper cups and the bamboo forks, spoons, knives in the breakfast room. I think this could be done better."

"Hotel a bit dated"

"It was a good option"

"Clean."

"Great staff , spacious parking , very clean room, and a delicious breakfast!"

"I always enjoy staying at the Chateau Nova Yellowhead Hotel. Its convenient location just off Yellowhead Trail makes it easy to access. The rooms have consistently been clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Although there are multiple restaurants nearby, I enjoy the food served at the hotel's own restaurant. A great place to stay, I recommend it to others!"

"I'm a cleaner, so I see things that people don't necessarily see on the surface, I felt like girls do a great job, I would suggest that they do maybe an inspection once a week or so or maybe even every couple weeks because I did spot a pretty obvious blood stain on the wall but other than that everything was really nice, I would say also maybe get behind the toilets but again I'm a cleaner professionally and I'm looking for things like that. Other than that, clean beds, they offer breakfast...

"My only complaint is that the bed and pillows desperately need an update. The staff was efficient and friendly and the rooms were prefect if you required a kitchen and some space."

"Breakfast was not the greatest but everything else was fantastic"

"The most unique thing about this property is the grossly inflated price of the rooms. Beds seem old, the pillows are awful and the AC did not work in our room 7017. It gets very warm due to west facing windows and the AC ran all night trying to cool it in mid October. Did I mention the grossly over pricing on the rooms?"

"Efficient staff, clean hotel, pool was in good shape (steam room closed though), breakfast was better than I’ve seen at other hotels"

"Great location. Great hotel"
