The property was easy to access and the rooms were nice. Staff were excellent, check-in was accommodated early, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom doors in room left little to the imagination and I was hoping for smoothies at breakfast as I saw them advertised through pictures, but was disappointed. Overall the stay was good!

Clean but wornout room. Friendly staff. Between expida and hotel did not get room I was expecting. Hotel seemed overbooked to the point pool was unusable. Standard hotel breakfast but had to wait to get a seat. One elevator was out of order the entire time the pther was overcrowded and slow to the point stairs were always a better option. Will not be staying at this property again.

Great value for families. Pool and staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic for being included. A few highly used areas in the rooms and some left over spills from the previous guests but the cleaners took care of it asap. Location is perfect for being close to WEM with a short drive. 20 min drive to Rogers place makes attending events and hockey a breeze.

If you’re travelling with seniors or those with mobility issues, the tub sides are very high, so there may difficulties getting in and out. Floors dirty in the room (ie. large obvious dirt, old jelly beans). Pets are allowed, so if you have allergens be aware. Hotel shows signs of age, peeling paint, flickering lights/signs.

Room was a nice size, very quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again. Pool was incredibly loud only because there was a young sports group unsupervised from parents in there until 11:30pm making it not enjoyable to use. But that is not any reflection on the hotel itself.
