"We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you"

"I reserved for 3- people & 3-beds. When we checked in, the dude on the desk made us wait for awhile. Then he tried to give us a hostel room instead of an apartment. He asked me about an email they sent me about my room info. I said, it’s all in Japanese & I don’t understand it. Then he gave us a 2-person cramped apartment room. The shower has no curtain. "Super convenient location, just a short walk from the heart of shinjuku. There’s a tunnel from the hotel that takes you all the way to shinjuku station. The breakfast was great and staff were super helpful. Would stay again!"

"We had an amazing 6 night stay at Mustard Hotel. You absolutely cannot beat the location: close proximity to 2 different train stations, walkable to an abundance of restaurants, bars, shopping! The staff was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. The coffee shop had wonderful options and our meal vouchers were such a great addition to our experience. And I cannot forget to mention the quaint small bar downstairs playing fantastic music. The next time we return to Japan we will...

"Excellent hotel! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are a decent size by Tokyo standards. As a quick heads-up for others: there is a large step up into the bathroom, so you may want to contact the hotel if you have mobility issues (though it wasn't a problem for us). The property is clean and tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Being right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building gave us easy access to the observation deck and the...
