"From the picture, i see there is a sofa, but for unknown reason (maybe because expedia mistakenly send there will be 2 renter?) , that they transform the sofa into a bed, which make me difficult to sit and works with table. "The first thing is that this hotel is stupidly expensive. Is it comfortable? YES. Is it quiet? YES! Is it pretentious? YES! Is it for the rich, pretty people? YES! The models and similar that hang out in the coffee bar will tell you that. However, it is well managed and the staff are attentive to their jobs, and that is all to the good. Would I recommend it as a place to stay? ….. if you have money to burn and don’t care about having to take taxis or limousines everywhere… it’s fine. Good even, but it’s not for your typical budget tourist. I was forced to choose it because my plan to go to Mt. Fuji fell through and I needed somewhere to stay that was safe and convenient. If you have the resources and this kind of high-end hotel appeals to you…. Go for it."

"The hotel is a short walk from Shinjuku station, about the max distance I would want to roll my luggage. Our room was very small but renovated nicely. Made good use of the onsite laundry facilities but had to wait for an available machine on several occasions. The WiFi was down during our entire stay which was very unfortunate. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent."

"My 3 night accommodation on the Annex wing was amazing! The front desk staffs were very friendly, helpful & patient. The room was very clean, lots of amenities in the lobby area, which also conveniently included a laundry room (detergent was free), 1 load of wash & dryer were ¥100 per load, ice machine, microwave & luggage storage room. The Shinjuku Train Station is located about 10 minutes by foot, department stores & eateries are right there at the station & along the way as well. The limousine bus, which costed ¥1400 o/w from the Haneda Airport, drops you off at the hotel! Picks you up at the same bus stop too. The only drawback was that my double bed room (1 bed, about the size of a full bed) was tiny compared to American size hotel room standards. I could barely accommodate my large suitcase kept opened w/o taking up the little walk space which I had to begin with. Bathroom was tiny as well, barely any counter space. But for the price & the hotel being located in a prime location & the friendly staff, I will definitely stay here again!!!"
