"Great place to stay when in DC!"

"The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained, which made a good first impression. However, I was shocked by how long it took for the hot water to come out. Both the sink and shower had freezing cold water for an extended period before warming up, which was very inconvenient. The hotel lobby has snacks to purchase but no drinks like soda or juice. Only 1 vending machine in the whole hotel and most of the drinks were sold out my entire stay"

"Excellent, safe, and accessible area. The staff are friendly and the gym is pretty decent for someone who is an avid exerciser."

"Rooms were clean with updated flooring. Staff was nice. Free breakfast was not what we expected. The breakfast area was closed and you had to request breakfast items from the front desk. Smooth check in and check out process. "

"When we arrived at night, there was a huge “human waste” in front of our room. No basic items in room or have to ask front desk to get. Feel itchy when lying down on bed. "
