"I had a very disappointing experience at Clarion Inn Falls Church-Arlington. One of our rooms had a very bad smell, and since we were on the ground floor, we had to squeeze the people staying in that room into another room for the night, which was very uncomfortable. When we spoke to the front desk about it, the lady working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to offer any refund or solution, and her attitude made the situation even worse. We were made to feel like our concerns didn’t matter at all. Overall, very poor customer service and not a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this place."

"Hilton garden inn is our go to place in Falls Church . The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and shops . The staff , Serra, Aylin,Estifanos and Josh were exemplary to myself and my family especially my grandson ! We feel safe and cared for there and will be back ! "

"The front desk staff wasn't very friendly during check-in, but the hotel was overall clean and nice."

"Just a very noisy hotel. People slammed doors everytime they went in or out and people above us were slamming on the floor/our ceiling late into the night that we actually had to call down and switch rooms due to needing to get some sleep. Daughter had a big test in morning and we were still awake at 1 a.m. Other than not getting much sleep due to being able to hear everything in rooms beside you, across from you and above you this was a very clean and well maintained hotel. Just a shame not noise proof so you can actually get some rest. Breakfast was awesome and all staff were fantastic."

"Gave room away, put us in another room were door to room would not work, 3rd room they tried smelled like a locker room. Had to literally book another hotel at 9pm and while leaving saw multiple people coming and going to lobby with various complaints. The hotel did not even have a functioning phone. I eventually found out the hotel was forced to close almost a year ago but somehow was still operating. "

"Loved the location, loved the room, so clean, loved the floor to ceiling windows. SOOO sad the hot tub on the roof was being refinished, it was a big part of why we booked this place!"

"Stayed in Room 202. Housekeeping never came to replace sheets. Had to call front desk for fresh linen. Overall, it was a nice stay except the no service. Comfy bed. A/C unit needs dusting. Felt safe. And good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend the Irish pub. "
