"I booked my room on Expedia prior to arrival. After I checked out, I received an email invoice from the hotel, in which they charged me $88 more than the confirmed reservation. I called the property to discuss this and was told by the front desk that I would need to make a written request to a manager, to whom they provided me an email address. I emailed the provided address 2.5 weeks ago with my partial refund request and attached my reservation confirmation and receipt showing the overcharge....

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with delicious food and great options. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would happily stay here again!"

"easy access in and out. new ly remodeled rooms. nice place!"

"Old and very rundown. Stairs to get to the first and second floors (no elevator) for handicap folks. Staff seemed very lazy. Three mornings in arrow without coffee at 5:45-6 am. Didn’t seem to care! I would never start there again or recommend anyone to."

"I didn’t use the amenities, the breakfast was just a small continental breakfast in the small lobby. We took our food back to our room to eat."

"Nice"

"Horrible experience, beds not made, no English, doors slamming all night, May not want to travel alone!"

"I wanted to love this hotel, but I just couldn't. There were no fans in the room or bathroom, so towels were always wet. They have a shuttle to the Metro station, but it takes more than an hour to get there. This left me, a single woman who was unfamiliar with the area to navigate a town I didn't know after dark. People were regularly smoking right outside the rooms and the doors didn't seal well, so my room constantly smelled of smoke."

"Beautiful hotel! From the minute we walked through the front door everything about it was impressive. The front desk staff were helpful and attentive. There is a great market that’s open late and offers a wide variety of items. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. As for location….perfect!! Great neighborhood and easy access to the metro. Only one stop from Foggy Bottom. This was the most enjoyable hotel we’ve stayed at in a very long time....

"La limpieza y atención excelentes, las habitaciones en excelente estado así como todo el hotel, buena ubicación, el desayuno muy bueno."

"Lovely stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, Washington DC. The property is beautiful and the hotel service is perfect. There is a lovely spa on the property as well. My husband got a wonderful deep tissue massage. We got upgraded to a suite and it was AMAZING! Modern, clean and renovated, new and spacious. Beautiful decor. A wonderful bath, spacious living room and bedroom. The bed was super cozy. The food service is delicious too! We will be back for another stay! It was beautiful."
