"We generally stay in the casino side , and it is nicer . The mattress in our room was very very stained and we were surrounded by screaming children slamming doors into the night. The “ hotel “ building seemed to be more for family’s and sports teams . "

"The Burrard is a modest but well-appointed hotel in the heart of the downtown Vancouver, within walking distance of the major sights, and an abundance of food options. The staff are consistently friendly, polite and helpful. An excellent experience! We will pass it on to friends and fellow travellers."

"The hot springs were the reason we drove to Harrison and they were amazing. The resort itself is quite dated and could use updating. Our bed was uncomfy unfortunately, but we were just there for one night. However the view from our rooms balcony was fantastic! We were a little annoyed when we pulled up to the resort as there was a movie being filmed and it was very loud and chaotic, but the lovely lady at the front desk upgraded our room and put us on the opposite side of the film production so it was a bit quieter. I don’t think we’d stay there again but the hot springs is definitely worth paying the daily rate to access! "

"Great checkin, clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Restaurant staff in the morning were not quite as welcoming but in no way rude, perhaps just busy. The Pinnacle Harbourfront will always be my go to for stop overs on my way to the Island"

"Absolutely horrid Experience I was given 5 minutes to Leave pack up my Room and Get out and Leave My Suite After coming From my House in Surrey where I was assaulted and Slashed by A Drunken Sub leasee who Tried to Stab me With a Set of Keys and Threatened me in my Own house And then Jumped Into his Ford Truck and drove off Documents from Surrey Police File Cst Tried explaining my situation and was told I was was being loud and Agressive with Staff And the Manager who I had never met or Spoken with Ever I Was given Ice from 7-11 and paid for an extention of my Stay using my VanCity Visa Any and all explanations were met by False accusations and repeatedly. Being told I was being loud and threatening to staff All this was recorded on CCTV video located at the Desk I was in Pain Am on 14 medications and No attempt was made to even allow me to Remedy the situation and told to Leave the Premises I will NOT pay the Bill for my stay and will be discussing the unacceptable and horrid treatmend with Jen Underwood My Wealth Planner at VanCity where I have been a member with since 2003 ongoing "
