"This hotel is located amazingly well! It’s within 15 min walk from pretty much every thing. The service is friendly and welcoming ! However this is an extremely busy hotel with conventions constantly on so much so sometimes the elevators have lines waiting."

"Excellent hotel, nice and modern with tons of amenities just steps from the walled city. Delightful staff. Nice to have a St. Hubert rotisserie on premises with some healthy options after two weeks of brasserie food. Loved the Francophone program put in place by the owners, it filled my heart with joy to see the childhood portraits of famous Québecers like Gilles Vignault and Pauline Julien. C'est mon nouveau hôtel de référence à Québec."

"We like this hotel each time we visit Quebec City."

"My first solo trip, and I couldn’t have picked a better destination or place to lay my head! 🧡 I wanted a true local experience rather than your typical Marriott or Hilton, and Hotel Boutique Ophelia did NOT disappoint! The staff was incredible! Although they aren’t on-site, they respond so quickly to every call and message. The daily check-ins were also such a thoughtful touch! The room was SOOO stinking cute, comfortable, and clean! It truly felt like my home away from home for the four...

"Total lack of staff was a little disconcerting. It is nice to have an actual person instead of having to rely on the telephone to get information or assistance."

"I stayed there for 3 days and noticed a few issues during my stay. The shower drain appears to be clogged, as the bathroom floods every time I take a shower. Additionally, the room temperature is quite hot, reaching 29°C. I would really appreciate it if you could look into these issues and resolve them. Thank you for your time and assistance."

"We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was in a good location within walking distance of Cartier Street and Old Quebec. The staff at the Manoir answered our texts right away whenever we needed help. We were very appreciative of that! My only criticism was there needed to be a coat rack and a shoe mat as it was raining and we needed a place to hang our wet gear and shoes. It's a beautiful Manoir. Be prepared for stairs as there isn't an elevator. It's right beside The Plains of Abraham so you...

"Loft très spacieux, très propre."

"Très fonctionnel et bien situé. Attention aux poignées des tiroirs du lit, chevilles meurtries 😉"

"We had a large and unique room with a kitchen on the top floor, it's very clean and functional. Staff is professional and helpful. The location is in walking distance to the old port"

"Awesome little hotel in the heart of old Quebec. Great restaurants within walking distance. Good sized room with a lovely upgraded bathroom. Would definitely stay there again."

"No convient parking included. Didn't know you needed to schedule breakfast and it wasn't included. Many stairs going to front door needed repair."

"We had a wonderful time here. The staff was kind and very helpful. They helped with our luggage and always said hello and smiling. Highly recommend this hotel. The pool and sauna were fabulous and so relaxing. Also, a big shout out to the lady in the restaurant! (Wish I got her name ) ! The bar was closed and she let us take 2 drinks to go up to our room at the end of our evening. Very nice getaway. Highly recommended staying here. We would come back. Thank you !"
