"Everything to love about this Hotel, best in Quebec City by far!!"

"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere we wanted to easily. It was a perfect location! The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of shopping and restaurants!"

"Long uneven hallways to room. Not a good bonus"

"This apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The location was within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants."

"The hotel is in great location."

"Great location with most attractions all within walking distance. Virtual check-in/out process was very smooth and the room is super new and clean!"

"Fantastic central location! Close to restaurants and sights in Old Quebec! Loved the rustic vibe in the hotel room."

"The staff at this property are wonderful. Everyone was freindly and helpful. We received helpful suggestions from both Sophia nad Matteo. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was lovely, very celan and had everything we needed. The location is also fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to the main terrace/ waterfront and lots of restuarants. "Lovely hotel in the middle of Old Quebec City. The rooms were small but very functional. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff of this hotel are excellent."

"La chambre était dans un état impeccable et propre, le personnel courtois, gentil et aidant, déjeuner dans une ambiance paisible et plein de douceurs très, très délicieux et copieux. localisation parfaite et calme pour dormir."

"Sleek and cozy at the same time. Great location for exploring the old city! Staff was super helpful and the valets didn't hesitate to help when I needed things from my car."

"Très bel endroit très confortable. Il manquait seulement du café pour le matin."

"The hotel is very beatiful, well-maintained and has a very elegant feel. The room is so clean. Very convenient location close to restaurants and shops. The only downside was there's no elevator from the ground floor going to the hotel's lobby so it's difficult if you have to carry your luggages to the stairs. Over all we had a pleasant stay in this hotel."

"The Hotel room is cleaner, but the facilities are relatively old. For example, the luggage racks are no longer usable, and the front desk staff are very good."
