"L'hôtel est central dans le vieux Québec. Il est très bien, chambre, piscine et staff. Tout était parfait, à refaire!"

"I like going there! Very clean"

"Amazing hotel to stay at pure luxury"

"The staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was outdated with stained carpet, hair and nail clippings in the bathroom."

"Times hotel was a great clean hotel"

"Great location and very clean."

"Overall a good stay"

"We stay at this property once or twice a year. The staff are amazing and the rooms are very clean with the most comfortable beds! The servers in the bar were overly friendly. The attached restaurant has a great atmosphere. The food and service keeps us returning! Note the parking is limited with a number of the spaces committed to EV charging stations."

"Rooms were black and no carpet. Bed was so"

"Bon rapport qualité prix/prix"

"Room was clean but outdated. Not worth the price."

"I was very disappointed with our stay, especially considering the room cost about $350 per night. The pool was out of order, the hot tub was not working, and the toilet in our room had backed up with dirty water. The bathroom floor was wet and dirty, and no one was sent to clean it. I had to clean the floor myself so my children could use the bathroom. I also had to wait while the toilet was being repaired. The service and condition of the facilities were far below what I expected for the price."
