"I recently stayed here and had an okay stay. It's an old property but it's decently maintained even though it could use some refurbishing. The rooms are huge. I stayed in the Super Double Room and it was a very large, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options, both Japanese and western. The location is just okay, it's far from the centre of Osaka and you cannot walk anywhere, but the subway is nearby which was...

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The hotel though is very close to main train lines, which you can here despite the glazing, with some trains physically shaking the room. Not a place to stay if you like a good nights sleep. Nice view from the top floor though."

"Navigating to the hotel parking and lobby as a first-timer was a total maze, especially with two adjacent car parks next to each other (naturally u missed first car park, u will head in 2nd which belongs to Mall). To avoid any issues, I had to head up to reception just to confirm the right spot, go back down to park, and then haul my luggage and shopping bags back up. The self-check-in machines sit right in front of the reception desk—a process that easily could have been offered on a smartphone...

"We stayed on the imperial floor and had access to the lounge, gym and swimming pools, and we had breakfast included. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We’d certainly come back!"

"Easy to find hotel in location close to Subway and Hankyu Railway with Shin Osaka close by too. Nice Staff. Multiple convenience stores located close by."

"Very conveniently located. Very clean."

"Friendly staff"
