If you were sitting anywhere on the property, the lobby, the pool, the beach, someone will be along within a few minutes asking if you would like something to drink. The restaurants were fantastic. Good looking and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. We were never disappointed. We have been to five other Riu hotels and this one had the best food. "

"From the moment we arrived to check in Christina and Alejandro went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. We were provided with information on the localities of stores, the better restaurants, pharmacies, just about anything we might want to go to during our stay. I must add that we stayed at the villa across the main road from the main hotel where we had an ocean view room and were extremely happy with the accommodations. A very large room, kitchenette, and a large shower with water pressure that wish we had at our home. Without question we highly recommend this establishment and should we plan another trip to Cancun there’s no doubt we will book there again. Well done Christina and Alejandro!"
