"Our three-day trip wouldn’t have been the same if we didn’t stay here! The owners are beautiful people and they were great hosts, they gave us all the information needed to enjoy our stay! Plus the Orange room was beautiful and with all the amenities needed for two people On the other side, if, like us, you going to a concert in the O2, this place it’s perfect and also really well connected to the rest of the city by the Victoria line!"

"Interesting hotel All very new and clean. The pods were good although slightly tight getting into. Perfect shared bathroom facilities. My only issues were that there are no instructions on how to use the keypads so I was left locked out in the bedroom corridor until a member of staff was free to assist. This is simple communication that was no where to be seen and even when I knew how to open the doors, the keypads themselves are so user unfriendly. The bedding is awful, mattress was rock hard and the single pillow and duvet was literally flatter than a pancake and now I'm dealing with a sore neck"

"Great hotel in the Victoria section of London. Stayed in a smaller room as I was traveling alone, everything was very clean, well maintained, and nice amenities included like all the l’occitane soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. They also have a very good breakfast option, with a continental breakfast as the base and hot food options for a small upcharge. But the staff really make this place shine. I got lots of help finding my way around during my two-night stay, and when I was stupid and left my backpack (which held my passport and an iPad and more important items) in the cab they’d called to get me to the coach station, they immediately called them after I called the desk in a panic. They called me back multiple times to give me updates and ensure I retrieved my pack, and the cab got back to me just in time for me to catch the bus I’d booked. They absolutely deserve five stars, and if I could give ten for the way they helped me recover my backpack I would."

"Had the most amazing stay here. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be told we'd been upgraded, courtesy of the hotel, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and we were welcomed with complimentary Prosecco and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The amenities were great, and everything made for a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!"
