"Very cozy feel overall. Good kitchen for cooking. Enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard. Downtown Niantic restaurants and shops are an easy walk away. Likewise the boardwalk. We did not have a dog with us but did note that there is a crate in the master suite and food and water bowls downstairs. All handy if you have your dog with you."

"The house was perfect for us. We had 4 generations and there was space for all of us. Loved the balconies and being on the marsh. I accidentally locked us out the first day and the owner Lizz was quick to respond. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The boys enjoyed the kayaks. And we all enjoyed watcing the birds when on their nest. Highly recomend . The neighborhood was very quiet. "
