"My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was amazing—especially Natalie at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the entire stay was outstanding. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (kiss the chef!). Overall, a wonderful experience. At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. "I absolutely loved staying here, will definitely rebook again. When I find my myself again in the Charlotte area. Very quiet and reserved, the vibe gives; if you wanted to finish writing a book this is where I would come. It's very outdoors; so make sure you have 4WD to make it up the hill.
