"No pool"

"The person who checked me in was on a phone call, didn’t hang up just put his cell phone down. Rushed me, didn’t give me the correct info. Treated me like an inconvenience to his phone call. As a result I wasn’t made aware of an extra fee. The person I spoke to in the morning was combative and not very accommodating until I explained my experience. The mattress was expired, it was sagging and damaged, so I woke up with a headache and bad back. The breakfast is painfully early. It should be until 10 am at least. "

"Staff very friendly. Bathroom still needs Reno. Toilet seat did not fit the porcelain basin. Bathtub awful. Did warn me. Quiet spot. Close to cafes and restaurants. "

"Room photos on expedia showed a room that had been nicely renovated but our room was one that clearly hadn't been done yet. Place didn't seem full so I'm guessing not very many rooms look like the pictures. There is a pretty big difference between the room we got and the pictures they show so it's hard not to feel a bit deceived. Sound proofing is lacking so we could hear car doors slamming for most of the night. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Location is close to local amenities but isn't in a great part of town. They do have lots of security cameras and the main parking area is well lit so it seemed secure enough."

"Beds were clean but hard and small. Furniture looked like it was picked up at a yard sale. Extremely loud throughout the night for some reason. Breakfast was disgusting."

"Everything exceeded my expectations. The hot tub was the right temperature, and the amenities were above and beyond. I only stayed for one night, but I wish I had booked for longer. Very private, clean, independent and private, and extremely cozy. The suite was hard to find on the property and thankfully the owners daughter in law pulled in and told me where to go. Overall 9.5/10 "

"It's a good place to stay in Nice view, kitchen, nice pool area, good parking spots, but WiFi was slow should have more light in the bathroom. It was but dark in the bath tub. Definitely we will stay there again. "

"The room was very worn, but the worst was the shower, which was essentially unusable due to stains of an unknown origin. Through no fault of the owners, the city as a whole is not a safe place to visit, particularly in the area where the property is located. We had someone clearly under the influence of some sort of substance repeatedly try to enter our room, and would not leave until police were involved. There is no amount of money you could pay me to stay here again, which is a shame as the staff was friendly and clearly doing their best."
