"Enjoyed staying there. Very good location. Everything within walking distance. Specious rooms friendly staff. Food was good as well. Smooth in and out. However they must do more to stop smoke from cigarette coming into the lobby. People smoke outside"

"Lovely hotel with character and basic amenities. We stayed in a twin deluxe sea view room including train tracks and litter underneath. It would have been better value if I had not paid a premium for this upgrade. The hot water was rusty with debris though cleared after 10 minutes. Hotel is located on a sloped cobblestone path leading to front entrance of 4 or 5 steps which may be difficult for some to access. Inside there are stairs or lift to access different levels. "My experience was very great .welcoming staff and great service. I liked the food also. However, the SPA wasn't picking up the phone "

"Property was on a great location"

"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."

"Great little hotel in the best part of Istambul. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"Great hotel, spread over several properties in the vicinity of main Istanbul attractions. Hence even though is big, has a boutique feeling. Excellent service, very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended."
