"Hospitality was a top-notch, the reception guys were so attentive, polite, and helpful and treated every guest like VIP. I wanted to give the special shoutout to Burat (I might have mistaken his name, the tall curly guy), he was so quick and professional. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are clean and well maintained as well. The location is great - all the historical places are 10 minutes away by walking. There is a tram if you want to go to Galata/Karakoy area, the whole trip takes only about 20 minutes. Restaurants, tourist attractions, money exchange places with great rates, anything you need is just right there if you don’t want to travel far! I saw a lot of negative reviews about the breakfast, but in my opinion it was solid - good variety, the food was delicious, staff were attentive and quick as well. Overall, I give this hotel 100 out of 10 and I will definitely be back next year. Already looking forward to it!"

"This property was excellent. So helpful, friendly, and dependable for a solo female traveler. I loved the view from the tiny one-step-out balcony of the Roman hippodrome wall. Don't miss having a coffee and dessert on the rooftop overlooking the Bosphorus and the city. Highly recommend."

"Helpful and friendly staff, great location, and breakfast included! Stayed here for 4 evenings and we enjoyed our time. Friendly and flexible front desk that coordinated our hotel transfer, so one less thing to worry about when visiting an unfamiliar place for the first time. Cleaning staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was included and you get a European style breakfast with a slight Turkish twist. Good way to start off the day! Location was very walkable to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and other sights. Lots of dining options within 1 to 5 min walk. Felt safe walking around, even at night in the area. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at for my first visit to Istanbul. It is in the heart of everything. There are like a million restaurants around you, many shopping sites and the tram is right up the street. The room was VERY clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mel the main receptionist that I saw was wonderful. The room did feel hot the first night and I tried to change the thermostat but the guests are not able to change it on their own. You just let the receptionist know. They changed it for me to make the room cooler. If this is your first time visiting Istanbul this is a great place to stay as it's within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and there are tons of restaurants and shopping all around you. I felt welcomed by the staff and would stay here again."
