"The drive up Kingsbury Grade can be a little dicey at night, but the destination is worth it. The view is like looking out the window of a plane - wild, but cool! The room was great - fully stocked kitchen, dual shower head in shower, fireplace, and cozy. The amenities were good, spa and sauna without having to leave the Terrace. Minor hike uphill to the clubhouse, but that wasn't a bother. Game room with pool and ping pong table were fun, including the arcade. Nice place overall. Of course staying at a vacation club, you got the sales pitch for some extras before you get your room keys. If you want those extras, you got to give an hour and a half of your time. We did it, but didn't sign up for the "timeshare." They will definitely try to rope you in. Know what you are getting yourself into if that is what you want. Otherwise, stick to your guns, just enjoy your stay, get your goodies, and go."

"The place itself was nice. The sun in the evening does beat hard into the room and the owners haven't put shades up to block that. They advertised that there was a hot tub on the facility and a laundry center. Both of these were being remodeled at the time of our stay. After skiing - a hot tub really helps and we booked this space under the understanding that we would have a hot tub. This wasn't the case. The place was nice though - just wish maybe we got some funds back for this or they did something to make up for this lie about the place."

"This place was really great. Plenty of room and all the necessary amenities. The Stagecoach lift is a slight walk, but not much more than if you were parked at the end of the parking lot. It’s very convenient. Not only that, the parking at Stagecoach is free and during the week, it doesn’t fill up, so easy enough to go park a little closer. The condo itself was really nice, big TVs in every room, temperature was good, the beds were comfortable. Also, the staircase to the condo is covered. Makes it very nice for when it snows. Overall, very nice. "

"Terrific location and well-maintained property! All the features in the property were as descibed. It made for a optimal spot for gathering with friends, skiing, and exploring South Lake Tahoe. The host, Jane, was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Our experience there was very positive; highly recommended!"

"Our Stay was great! This is a spacious condo. The kitchen is particularly well furnished. It has sharp knives and even glass storage bowls (with lids!), which actually may be a first in all of the VRBOs I've stayed in.Our host, Chauncy, was very responsive. There were no major issues, but a couple little things and a few questions that I had garnered immediate response. That first picture tells a very good story. You walk down the driveway and across the street in front of the Condo and you're on the slopes. This location is as convenient as it could possibly be.I highly recommend this to anyone who loves to ski and board as much as my friends and I do!"
