The location is great! My room had a nice view of the lake. Both Hells Kitchen and Wolf are in the hotel which is convenient for a nice drink or dinner. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I only had 2 gripes—there’s only one water station in the hotel to refill bottles and I’d specifically requested a room away from the elevator and they literally put me right next to it. Luckily, I was there midweek so it wasn’t busy and didn’t keep me awake.

room and be very clean and comfortable. but there were two guest, they only provide 1 pair of shoes and 1 bathrobe. location very good. front desk people didn't explain ahead how parking works so its very confused. also didn't explain the amenity and where the stuff are. didn't feel the waspishness or friendliness of the staff.

Was clean. Looked like fairly new remodel. Casino was decent. $20 parking a day bit much but I guess everywhere does it in Tahoe perhaps I'm too used to Reno which doesn't. Confusing getting from garage to checkin. Didn't eat here went to brews brothers in Harrah's and places in general area. Was just looking for casual dining, more upscale in casino. Don't touch minibar! Not sure if I'd stay again if in Tahoe.

So,I did not like the parking and finding the room situation. My mom is disabled,we got great parking but had to lug heavy stuff all over to find the lobby. I was not happy with the resort fees when we couldn’t even use the pool or hot tub. I don’t think we would return to stay here even though we paid a lot of money between parking fees,resort fees,then more money they hold that I was unaware of. If it wasn’t so expensive,we would have stayed another day,however the pillows in the room were terrible,and our parking to room was horrible. The room was beautiful and clean,everything in the hotel was clean and beautiful,I liked the 24/7 chat assistant. Overall,beautiful,clean,but if you are disabled and need to take stuff to and from your vehicle,I wouldn’t recommend, Also all the fees that add up,it’s cheaper to go somewhere else and just come and enjoy the motel. This isn’t something we normally get to do,it’s a very special occasion and I thought it was going to be a lot different.
