Fantastic location within walking or shuttle distance to Heavenly Ski resort. Amazingly comfortable king size beds and new linens. Rooms were adjoining with connecting hallway , making it great for families. Stunning views of the ponderosa pines and Sierra mountains. Club lounge and jacuzzi amenities were a huge plus for our kiddo as skiing was non existent this 2026 Spring Break. Pillows and blankets on the living room sectional would have been a nice touch. Room service every 3 rather than 4 days also would have made the stay more enjoyable. And we could not figure out if the periodical loud banging through the day and early morning was metal trash cans on the 3rd floor above us. Please fix the bathroom vents.

Everything was great overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was cute, clean, and in good condition. I also appreciated having a full kitchen, which made the stay more comfortable. The only downside was the building itself, which looks quite outdated. There was also an issue with the heating system - it made a pretty loud, unpleasant noise that made it difficult to sleep properly at night.

The staff and amenities were excellent, and my family truly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Tahoe Ridge. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. They offer shuttle service throughout the resort and daytime shuttles to Bally’s, which is conveniently located near Heavenly Village. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Vacation Resort at Tahoe.

The location right next to Stagecoach lodge at Heavenly is amazing. We had a renovated two bedroom room and we thought the room was fantastic. We will come back to this property because of the room and the location. If you care a lot about the amenties, like the swimming pool then we aware those are quite outdated. The jacuzzi in our building was good, no issues with that. For example, the main indoor pool was not heated even though they claimed it was heated.

Hot tub was hot and fire place put out good heat! The place was very comfortable for our weekend stay and the proximity to Stagecoach on the NV lift at Heavenly was fabulous! We didn't need the shuttle bc the place was so close. Would recommend staying here again!

If you’re a skier, the best thing about this property is the proximity to the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. The free shuttle picks you up outside your building and it’s a 7 minute ride to the lift. The location is about an hour’s drive to Northstar, Kirkwood and Squaw Valley. The 1 bedroom villa in the Cascade building was spacious, quiet and had a full kitchen. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were really nice with great views.

I recently stayed in the Plaza building, and had an awesome time. The condo itself was in great condition and clean. The convenience of being one quick shuttle ride away from Stagecoach was the best. One minor thing was that the single bedroom smelled a bit like smoke, which was odd because the rest of the apartment didn’t. We stayed during winter so there was no need for AC, which was great. We didn’t take advantage of all of the other amenities because we didn’t have time. But we would def return! Also, all of the staff we encountered were polite—including guys who ran the shuttle, they were the best.

Best great experience for my family of 4. We stayed two nights this winter of January. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. We call for extra blankets and towels and Staff was always fast, checking with us since beginning. We went to 4 jacuzzi in different buildings, emazing views. Shuttle was always available to take us place to place. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Pool water was very pleasant. I definitely would stay again in the future.
