"The carpet was covered in animal feces and urine. I was getting bit by either fleas or bed bugs. Didn’t stay longer than 4hrs and checked out of a planned 2 day stay. My son had a serious allergic reaction to something in the room and had to leave after an hour in the room. Hotel have not issued a refund. Still waiting. Room was not regularly vacuumed, found eye lashes and numerous unknown objects in the carpet. Hotel said every room is pet friendly. Which was not written on the website or was not mentioned when I checked in. Unfortunately the remodel rooms are with carpet so that means every room has the same potential of being left with urine , feces and fleas from animals. So if you have allergies be aware. "
