Lake District Castle Inn hotel & Spa

Lake District Castle Inn hotel & Spa

8/10 Good
"Mostly it was fine. Food and drinks are expensive though. The place is a bit like a rabbit warren so it could do with a few more signs around both to and from reception to the rooms. Especially on both sides of the door near the table tennis. The communal spa changing rooms are not everyone's 'cup of tea' It would appear that the reception computer could do with an update as it took some time to recognize our booking NB The hotel is on the main A591 at the Cockermouth turning. If using the post code Sat Nav will send you to the remote Bassenthwaite village."
