"The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The room had a GHD hairdryer, a good selection of tea and cofees. Communal areas were spotless and nicely decorated. We had a a good stay. The one small gripe was the cooked breakfast. Sausages and tomatoes were undercooked, it came with toasted sourdough but, it needed a softer bread. Especially as no baked beans allowed. "Located in a great area right in the heart of Keswick, super easy to walk to shops, cafes, bars etc. The property is a decent size and has mostly what you’d need during your stay (some Tupperware for guests to use would be really handy). As the property is pet friendly itd be helpful to have an outdoor tap to rinse your dog off after a walk.
