"The staff were some of the nicest people I ever had to deal with. Even though they are clearly overworked (the desk clerk is also the bartender and at least two other jobs), they handled everything very well. The room is clean and comfortably sized, the location - about two blocks from St. Pancras Station and across the street from the British Library - is incredible for the money, and the drinks are reasonably priced. My biggest peeve is the total lack of ANY amenities in the room! You get...

"It was a nice place to stay. However. We were given a handicapped room which was not ideal. Im a tall guy and counter heights and the shower were geared for someone in a wheelchair. The bed was great and proximity to the train station was ideal. We took the Heathrow Express to the airport in the morning to catch a flight. Very easy. Much better than staying at the airport like we have in the past."
