"The room was phenomenal, everything was provided by the host prior to our arrival and communication was clear and succinct. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. "We had a great stay during the very hot UK weather. The cottage stayed comfortable and relatively cool though as it is well sheltered and shaded. "Lovely house in a fantastic location overlooking Porthmeor beach.House is clean, well equipped and a good size, there were only two of us but it would comfortably accommodate 6 people, two bathrooms are a bonus and there's even somewhere to wash and dry wetsuits.Our favourite part was the balcony overlooking the beach, we were out there every morning and every evening watching the seals basking on the rock or sleeping in the bay."

"We had a damp smell when we arrived ( I am an asthmatic ) there were several bulbs not working including 2 in the bathroom.the bulb in kitchenAt the entrance door was a pink colour on its way out.The only welcome food was a 500 ml milk in the fridge that was out of date,We had a lot of noise from above .We enjoyed our stay ,the property is very central to everything we wanted, We are a retired couple and found the car park a struggle to walk to, We came for the Art galleries which were excellent,and loved the Restaurants."
