They really understood the importance of family and treated my mom like they're family by taking all my request over the phone as my mom first language is Spanish. By arranging her wake up call and airport return shuttle before she even arrive. They heard and listen to my concerns. The rooms were very clean. The staff were knowledge about flights location and terminals. As toronto International can be challenging to navigate due to its size. This place is truly a jem in the rough. Because every staff member i talk to really did care about my mom safety and comfort. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back. "
