"Parking was so easy and safe. Just don’t leave valuables in your car and all should be fine. This is located on Lombard St so there’s lots of traffic noise. Didn’t really bother us but you should ask for a room in the back if this could be an issue for you. We would stay here again. The location is perfect fir exploring on foot!"

"The entire hallway outside our room smelled intensely like dog poop. We did not have a pet. There were a lot of guests with dogs at this hotel. We complained about the smell and asked to be moved. They claimed they were booked and could not move us. When we told them we would give them a bad review on Expedia, they immediately found us another room. The new room and hallway did not smell, but we were turned off by the original odor and the way they handled us. "
