"We were in town for a concert and were lookinh for a hotel close to the venue. This property stood out because it offered free parking which is such a steal in San Francisco. I checked in and was greeted immediately. The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions. There is parking in the front and also a lower level lot that you can only access with a key card. The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me and depending on where your room is you might experience street noise. I would definitely stay again though. The parking alone and neighborhood is worth it."

"The entire hallway outside our room smelled intensely like dog poop. We did not have a pet. There were a lot of guests with dogs at this hotel. We complained about the smell and asked to be moved. They claimed they were booked and could not move us. When we told them we would give them a bad review on Expedia, they immediately found us another room. The new room and hallway did not smell, but we were turned off by the original odor and the way they handled us. "
