"The front desk is the worst in terms of customer service. We would not recommend checking into this hotel as it was hands down the most unprofessionally rude experience we had. The hotel is run down as well and the receptionist room smelled like a dirty laundry… which was another red flag. We would not recommend this arrogant hotel"

"The second floor, ocean-view suite is worth the extra money! Rooms are neat as a pin, and the gentleman who has checked us in every time we have stayed is simply delightful! Rooms and lobby decor have a mid-century modern vibe, and if you get a suite, you will have 2 huge bathrooms! I cannot rave about this place enough, and it’s a quick walk, bike, or drive into the action on Commercial Street….but then back to the peaceful ocean view when you want to recharge. "

"The cost was very reasonable, and we enjoyed the walk into town. The rooms look like they were recently remodeled, and are in excellent condition, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A nice free breakfast available (limited but good)."

"This place was perfect. So close to everything! Parking was great and we found sea glass and awesome shells on the beach right across the street. "I love this place!! Kevin the front desk person was so warm and welcoming! Our room looked out over the bay and ocean. Beautiful sunrise! P-town is so fun to roam around. We especially enjoy The Lobster Pot Restaurant and Shoppe Therapy store. We will be back . "
