Great spot for the beach. Within 15 minute walking distance to downtown Provincetown. Restaurant next door. Heated pool on property. Parking lot on site. Quiet area. Enjoyed ourselves for the long weekend.

This is a large property with access to a small beach and the bay right out the door. They also have a large supply of poolside chairs, umbrellas,; tables etc . I was pleasantly surprised. There's a daily breakfast snack available with muffins, juices, milk tea, and coffee. It's a long walk to the city center, but it couldn't be more pleasant with views of the bay, quaint houses, art galleries, and places to eat. I would definitely stay there again.

We should have been notified that the resort was compromised do to a structural issue. 2/3 of place was shut down. The breakfast was just microwave items and the coffee for all in the make shift lobby(hallway) was a small Mr. coffee machine. The shower products were either low or empty.
