"Hotel room 100 ft from lobby & 50 ft from loud machine rooms Shower was a lukewarm trickle of water Hairdryer & bathroom outlets were broken Hotel restaurant did not serve food listed on the menu on the website & the food was almost inedible I went to inform the person at the concierge desk, Robin, about the shower & she said while looking at me like I was annoying & stupid, "Well the water isn't always that warm when everyone's taking a shower at once." "Excellent all around. Parking easy, check in quick and friendly. Right by highway but very quiet for sleeping. Nice hot breakfast and pool sparkles. Glad to return!"

"The photos of the property on a wharf are a stretch. The wharf is not accessible. There is no walkway along the water. The water is a glorified irrigation ditch. No restaurants or cafes along the way"

"We weren’t at the hotel much during our stay but we did think the room and property were lovely. We did eat breakfast one morning and it was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. They have a lot of information about what to do in the area and the complimentary wine and snacks are a great touch!"

"We stay here at least 2 times a year and sometimes 3. We enjoy the amenities and the shuttle back and worth to Graton. There are only a couple of things ….1 the safe hasn’t worked 2 times out of the 4 that we stay, 2 it’s nice to have breakfast but it’s not consistent. Once it will be great and the next time not so much. The staff is always helpful and we always feel safe."

"Wonderful visit. Friendliest staff ever and will help you with anything. Free parking is a plus. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Not to mention fresh baked cookies daily along with a reception hour! Our bed was low to floor which may present a problem for some people."

"A lovely motel only a mile or so from Jack London State Park. Big rooms and a well maintained swimming pool and spa made for an enjoyable stay. The motel shared a parking lot with an historic pub, which I am sure Jack London patronized. There was a clean and efficient laundromat and a grocery store just across the street."

"Upon rival the hotel clerk at the desk checking me in was not very helpful then they had a convention going on so that made the hotel very busy. My TV didn’t work when I first got to my room my sheet had a stain on them so I tried to call downstairs to the front desk. No one answered, so I had to walk down to the front desk when I got there I spoke with the same lady who seem like it wasn’t an issue and that she would just send someone up there to check.
