Charming Mid-Century Bungalow in the Heart of Old Petaluma

"Very clean little cottage. My husband and I stayed for three nights, comfortable, very clean and extremely quiet. We live in the bay area, but wanted to go away for a few days. We had never been to Petaluma and the downtown and restaurants are amazing. We play golf two days at rooster run, in very good shape and reasonably priced. Frank pays a lot of attention to detail, clean unwrapped combs in the medicine cabinet, Band-Aids, sewing kit, fresh coffee in the kitchen, bottle of wine, chips, and salsa, waiting for us. It is about half a mile easy walk to downtown, highly recommend!"
"Beautiful home! Super close to town, owners respond very quickly regarding any questions. 10/10 would recommend, might be returning at some point. One thing I was unaware of was the owner living upstairs, but that wasn’t an issue! Thanks for the amazing stay! "

"The 4 bedroom / 3 bath house in Petaluma, CA was exactly as advertised. Walking distance to downtown - we had friends walk from Hotel Petaluma to this house in about 20 minutes (leisurely walk of about a mile). You can drive to Hotel Petaluma in about 3 minutes (including waits for lights). The house was clean and comfortable with easy access to house key - so entrance was a snap. The owner, was responsive to a couple of quick questions about the house. And the house had some limited staples - oil for frying, salt/pepper, sugar, etc. There was also a fresh bag of ice in the freezer. Everything worked - stove, frig, laundry, etc. Everyone was very comfortable- we had 7 people stay comfortably with room for people dropping by 9 (plenty of living space for relaxing in different rooms or enjoying everyone in the same room). The backyard was nice for people to sit outside and visit. All in all - a very nice stay."
