"Room was clean .They have everything in the room such as fridge, coffee maker and microwave. So does the bathroom. We forgot our toothbrushes and we asked for it ,we got it. Staff were nice. Place is quiet and peaceful and close to a lot of restaurants. We will definitely stay there again."

"I stayed here with my adult son in a room with two queen beds. It was great to have valet parking taken care of for 23 dollars a day. When looking at places to stay, parking was a big issue and this hotel just takes care of it for you. The location was so central that we did not need to take the car out until we were leaving. The room was really nice and clean and had a couch seating area. All the staff were friendly and attentive. They all need raises. The complementary breakfast had lots of variety. They have a bar that serves bar food until I think 10-11pm. We didn’t use the pool or gym, but they seemed to be nice. I will be returning to Santa Cruz for genealogical research and hope to be able to stay here."
