"We needed a place nearby as we are having fumigation done on our house. We looked at the listing and unlike some others it was exactly as displayed. Communication was easy and a great location close by beach in downtown. The only thing to watch out for is narrow very steep, curving driveway. Unless you have a smaller car or a good backing down, steep driveways, best park in the street. That also makes for a nice evening view of the lights, though, gotta take the good with the bad."
