"Everything was perfect, great hotel, very nice and polite staff.. the location is great. Close to my restaurant and mini market next door.. Dotombori is very close also, breakfast delicious a a lot of verity of food.. I came back for sure I’ll stay here. Thank you!!"

"Great location right next to the train station. There is a Family Mart on the second floor of the hotel and a 7 Eleven right around the corner which we utilized often. They do have a restaurant and coffee bar on site. The area was walkable with restaurants and cafes nearby. We enjoyed the hot baths almost every night after a long day of shopping and exploring. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It was overall a pleasant stay."

"We were 3 people in a deluxe room. It was very spacious with amazing views. We had 2 toilets and a separate wardrobe area. The hotel is perfectly positioned on top of several underground lines and with easy access to Dotonbury. The staff were very helpful and if you are going to Osaka airport, the airport coach is next to the hotel. We didn't use the restaurants at the hotel so I can't comment on that."
