"Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. "

"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"A few minutes walk from Hommachi station made it convenient to get around. Quiet area if you are not into the noise of Tokyo. Room was a good size with a seating area. Removing one star as the bedside tables and surfaces were dusty. Towels were also quite worn."
