"Excellent experience all around! Beautiful panoramic view of the Bosphorus and old city Istanbul with wide variety of options for breakfast. Service was also top notch, especially bell captain Aytac, who was especially hospitable and one of the highlights of our experience as a result of his attention to detail and warmth towards us. Safe neighborhood with good dining options nearby, and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. Room was spacious and service was prompt. 10/10 would stay here again."

To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed.
