"Booked 4 nights stay and since it was non refundable paid for it when booked. Upon my arrival they asked me to make a payment, I showed them my receipt of the payment and emailed it to them. When I checked in the room the comforter looked dirty and hair dryer wasn’t working. They promised me to replace with clean one and fix the dryer. "Great hotel with great staff. The bedroom was nice and spacious with complimentary fruit. The view is not great with abandoned buildings. Using the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room is a big plus. I also had a Aromatherapy massage and it was good. The only thing I can fault is the breakfast. I advise you to eat out."
