"Another very nice stay at the La Quinta near the River Walk and Alamo! We were upgraded to a Suite, which was a beautiful, clean, and stylish set of rooms. The lobby is open and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very nice, with a heated spa. We will stay here any time we're back in San Antonio!"

"Reading some of the negative reviews on here I was having second thoughts about staying here but I went ahead and gave it a shot. No regrets, our room was clean and big. Beds are super comfortable. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins. Breakfast area was clean, the worker was constantly cleaning and making sure there was plates and utensils. We will definitely be staying here again. People mentioned seeing roaches, I didn’t see any at all. Plenty of restaurants close by also. "
