Check in began at 3 and they did not have a clean room so we had to wait till 4 pm to check in. The restroom shower had hair on the walls. When we called for extra towels and sheets, they were very rude and said we had to wait for the housekeeping to make their rounds. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend.

They blamed expedia for the mistake and told me that they can refund my money.I wanted to leave but I didn't want to have to look for another room last minute.
