"Had the most amazing time here at Sansal Chania Crête, the staff are amazing and so friendly, this is our first visit to Crete Sansal and we definitely will return, the roof top pool and bar was an added bonus, at times we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was fabulous, the bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was superb, cereals, cooked breakfast, pastries, jams, nuts, continental breakfast as well, fresh orange juice, choice of hot beverages. Staff...

"Great spot! Only one real bad thing, there was an awful sewage smell in the lobby every day. Not sure what is happening but they need to fix that. Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area."

"The hotel location is wonderful, it is a family run, and they were very kind and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel room is very clean ,bed is comfortable and the shower was great! We didn't eat breakfast as we are very late morning eaters. It is street parking if you need to park your car. The location is between old town,7 min walk or 5 min to the beach. We had really good stay and we will definitely stay there again.we stayed 4 nights!"

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"
